Andrew Lokhmatov is correspondent of the online newspaper "No criminality" in Nikolaev, Ukraine. He is engaged in reporting and investigative journalism on corruption and violations of the law by law enforcement agencies. Also, Andrew acts as a regional representative of the Institute of Media in the Mykolaiv region and focuses on monitoring violations of journalists' rights.
